Mo, smile for picture!

Off the point.. I had to take picture of Mo with his pages. I have seen his pages piled nicely in long time. But Mo's mood was to spead pages out to put in right places. From all of races he went plus some tours etc. Yes all are related to NASCAR race. I have told him that he best work on his pages with NASCAR.. just because I know nothing or any. Ha! And he did!!

Something different!

Wow this is definitely something totally different to me. Can you see something different?? I hope so! Fuzzy socks keep me warm! Take close look at word "fuzzy" It's covered with soft feeling.

*Flowers brads from Mod Blackbird Brads
*Hand sewed with DM purple thread ~pattern from All My Memories~
*Green lettering from HS (of course) Painted with color pink (and stapled)
*chipboard letters "fuzzy" and arrow are coverd with FunFlock

It was my very first time to use the FunFlock! Fun to use! Rolled all chipboards with xyon and pressed them as repeat.. all done. I got it from other past kit. Never realized what it was supposed use for. Until I read and had my guts to try. Look down with close up picture.

Nascar page

It's Mo's nascar page. I was trying to have him to pull up styles with pages than flat plain style while we have so much stuffs to use. Why not. May something is missing. Probably it is missing with "!" need to add on.. The rub-on we have didn't have it. No jounraling only because it will be with other pages he did with nascar pictures. It was at Michigan nascar race a few years ago.

Sandra.. Look here.. I used other old stash! Yes, I'm excited just because so many things I have.. I totally forgot. I used Two Spotted Dogs Sept kit with my old stash. I am happy with the results I used Becky Fleck April 2007 sketch. One more thing.. I used the Distress crackle paint ~aged mahogany~ on the chipboard heart.

My favorite Valentine

I finished this page the other day, the last thing was needed to add a little bit of journaling. Using with my own writting is my less favorite to do. Not so bad how all turned out. Sketch from PL #71

My niece...

Just finished a nice girly page with school pictures of my niece Emily. I think I like it.. I hardly use pinky papers.. I knew I had to try it out.. I did it! I used PL Sketch #72

What I used also inked black. (mixed from past kits and 2SD prizes I got)

My nephews..

Just everything I used from 2SD Sept kit.
I added sewed buttons and chipboard heart from my stash. I used letterig stamp from Ephenera desgin studio alphabet rubber stamp set clarendon caps set no. 3 and Provo Craft (circa 12 pts ) (I am aware of word "years" with backward letter e, it was glued on wrong way)

Valentine's Day!

Mo is a keeper!

I got to use some supplies from Two Spotted Dogs Sept kit
I painted the window mount with Tim Holtz's Distress Crackle paint and let dry to crack. I did the first one and was big screw up. I decided to try other one with 2nd window mount, peeled the surface. And seems to work better then I inked with Tim's ink. Look bottom with close look with the window mount. With window mount was what took me longer before I could finish the page. Also I had to be sure if I liked the results on my page. Professional picture of us was taken in 2003. And self picture is on thick chipboard that was other reason had to be sure before become permanent on the page.

SuPeR BoWl day!

I challengeed myself to do this page. After Sandra suggested to use Skickle and beading. I was like it's perfect.. asked Mo if we could go out to Scrapbooking store. I was able to get some stickle and some Tim Holtz's Dabber. Thank to Sandra for the ideas to use those. I used old Christmas pattern paper and green cardstock. I inked with color gold. I used Quickutz font Lucy and diecut three poinsettia with nice touches. Chipboard letter j used with Dabber color gold. And tied ribbon too.
