6/8 Wings & Wheels event were at local airport.



Fourty-four years old and flying today. (no kidding)



We rode in this 1923 Ford Model T
Bill said he doesn't drive this car everyday. He take the car out for touring group.
He said it took him about 2 hrs to get here from Joliet. It only go about 20 to 35 mph.






This is Commemorative Air Force 1945 C-47 Black Sparrow Lead Ship with the 302nd Troop Carrier Squadron on D-Day

The original BLACK SPARROW flew in every major Airborne Operation from Normandy to the Drop Across the Rhine River into Germany, ending the war flying supplies to Gen. Patton's Third Army.

They allowed people inside the plane.. even give a ride to fly around here.

A while back, I finished this page with Two Spotted Dogs prizes I had from last year. I added with some of my stash. Thank to Sandra helped me with this page. Last thing I needed to add on with the quote. My nieces were young that time in 2005 Shay and Emily.




I used the past supplies from past kit I had. I liked the title from Leah and Sandie's layouts with "click" I added "photos of me" and little of my stash.

{nasty storm}

We were came home about 10 to 15 minutes later. I found bunch of weather emails with storms in active on way to here. Mo and I spent in room for some time. Mo was back and forth listen to tv with the track the weather. Sure enough the siren went off. Two unhappy cats were with us the whole time.
